Dek-Spray® Nozzles

The Brentwood Dek-Spray Nozzle is actually a lightweight, corrosion-resistant, cost-effective, easy-to-install, versatile nozzle system that offers multiple turbulator and orifice options to optimize water distribution and cooling efficiency in counterflow cooling towers.

Features and Benefits
• One Dek-Spray Nozzle does the job of 10-20 conventional nozzles!
• The Brentwood Dek-Spray Nozzle includes the Nozzle Body, Silicone Gasket, and your choice of 4 different Turbulators and 3 different Orifice Inserts (see below).
• Lightweight ABS plastic, which is servicable at temperatures up to 180°F (82°C), is used to manufacture the nozzle body, resulting in less system weight and piping cost.
• In addition to the Standard ABS Adapter Collar, PVC Collars and ABS Threaded Male Adapters (2" and 1-1/2" tapered) are available to accommodate a variety of installation criteria.

Water Capacity Adjustment
The 4 turbulator/orifice combinations (below) allow you to select from 4 different water capacities/spray angles ... and easily change those spray settings as needs change ... within a single nozzle body. (Note: The 1-D turbulator is used in combination with the full orifice of the nozzle body). Easy "twist-lock" turbulator installation and removal requires no tools, and the nylon Dek-Spray Orifice Inserter tool is available for easier insertion and removal of orifice inserts.
