Vertically-integrated manufacturers are rare. But Brentwood Industries is just that, a complete combination of all the necessary skills, resources, facilities, and equipment:

• In our Lebanon, PA facility we manufacture much of the raw materials we use.
• In our own Tool & Die Shop we can produce all of our production tooling.
• In this same shop we also produce much of Brentwood's precision manufacturing equipment, including assembly machines and vacuum-forming equipment.
• Brentwood has millions of dollars invested in production equipment and hundreds of thousands of square feet dedicated to manufacturing operations in our 6 production facilities across the United States and in Asia.
• Our experienced R&D Department is continually striving to improve our manufacturing equipment, facilities, and methodologies in order to improve product quality and functionality and to enable us to develop new products for an ever-changing industry ... at the lowest possible cost to our customers.

And when all these in-house capabilities are teamed, Brentwood has the skills, resources, and equipment to bring a new product to market in a matter of weeks!

Materials
Brentwood uses only the highest quality materials for all our film fills, splash fills, drift eliminators, inlet louvers, supports, dri-seals, walkway, and nozzles:

• The PVC compounds used in Brentwood products have outstanding resistance to weather exposure and are nearly impervious to chemical degradation by alkali, acids, greases, fats, oils, and biological attack. Brentwood PVC has excellent fire rating due to its self-extinguishing characteristics, and meets or exceeds Cooling Tower Institute Standard 136.

• HPVC (high temperatures), PP (polypropylene), and ABS plastics are also available for special applications.

• All our Mechanically-Assembled (MA) Cross-Fluted Fills are available in PVC and Polypropylene.
